$420. LOL. That Tweet was published about a month before Musk smoked during his interview with Joe Rogan.

So did the professional gamblers, including Glen Littleton, pick up on that pot reference? Maybe not, but he may have told a relevant fib on the stand. Now the case looks like a malicious prosecution.

It's by the way that last February, SpaceX stacked Booster 4 and Ship 20 on the orbital launch mount at Boca Chica in Texas.

Edit: Glen, not Glenn

Exactly. Boomers missed the 420 joke. In the words of Ricky Bobby's dad, 'I was high when I said that!"

Anyone that stupid, who makes investments like that without doing the necessary homework FIRST, DESERVES to get screwed over!! There's this thing called humor, and another one called freedom of speech, put the two together, and you never know what you're going to get! Did Musk say that it was a real posting with actual financial advice in it? I didn't see that in there!! If Musk posts a message that he's going to open up a special space port to launch cows over the moon, is anybody going to take him seriously? I hope not, but you know that some dumbaxxes will! Just like the guy who sued Red Bull because the cartoon ad saying that RB gives you wiiings, didn't actually make wings grow out of his back!! Stop the world, I want to get off now!!

Thanks for a spot-on analysis. If there is any justice, the judge should dismiss this case based on the evidence. Reuters seems sad that the public isn't paying atention https://www.reuters.com/legal/government/elon-musk-trial-circus-that-wasnt-2023-01-24/.

Great analysis, thank you. I felt like this case was probably total BS, now I know it is!

You're right -- the media just wants to include "Elon Musk" and "Fraud" in the same headline. Much in the manner that comments which include "Hillary Clinton" and "shart" in the same sentence get lots of likes.
